Directions
- Have a bowl add egg, maida,cornflour,salt,water make right into a thin batter have a side. Now another bowl add paneer, oatmeal, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli pwd mix well have a side Now have a non-stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue papper and pour the egg batter right into a thin sheets and merely remove immediatly in the pan and set on the cornflour dusted surface in order that it doesn't keep to the surface repeat exactly the same.
- Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat exactly the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden colour.
