Heat one tablespoon of oil, add chopped garlic clove and chopped mushrooms and saute. Add mixed steamed vegetables and saute for any couple of minutes. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder and blend.

Step Two

Add half the finely chopped eco-friendly chillies, mint and coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix and saute for some time. Add grated steamed potato and chaat masala and blend well.

Step Three

Remove heat, transfer to some bowl and allow it to awesome. Shape into 1 1 / 2 inch lengthy finger like rolls. Create a thick batter with cornflour and enough water.

Step Four

Heat oil inside a kadai. Dip the vegetable rolls within the flour batter and deep fry till golden. Or grill inside a tandoor. Mix together yogurt, remaining finely chopped coriander and mint leaves and remaining finely chopped eco-friendly chillies.

Step Five

Place two vegetable rolls inside a roomali roti, pour some yogurt mixture over. Sprinkle sambal (chopped tomato plants, chopped cucumber and chopped onions), chaat masala and black salt. Serve immediately.
