They are great. I acquired 1 9*13 and 1 8*8 pan however that was OK cause all of us ate seconds. One tip which was around the box of shells which i used ended up being to only prepare the shells 9 min then drain and dump out onto a cookie sheet. It was awesome advice since the shells did not touch one another around the cookie sheet so that they did not stick together. Plus they remained as firm enough to stuff without ripping. Certainly adding this towards the Keeper file.
Yep, I am not really a big ricotta fan either. My recipe is really a variation you have for the reason that I combine (cooked) lean hamburger and ground pork with my eggs, cheeses (I personally use parmesan, asiago, sharp provolone), bread crumbs, spices (oregano, sweet tulsi, parsley, salt & pepper), minced garlic clove, minced onion, and green spinach filling before putting individuals large players lower within the "marinara pool" within my casserole dish - topping having a combo of mozarella, sliced baby portabellas, and sweet peppers. )
It was a great recipe to get rid of ricotta- your wine wasn't needed. I prepare with wine constantly however this wasn't good. When the wine wasn't there' might have loved it. It's what it's- you don't need to jazz up.
