My ordinary meat loaf wasn't getting raves any longer. I loved to create meat loaf on Sunday and also have left overs for sandwiches for that lunch boxes. Appears like everybody was sneaking out early Monday mornings to prevent going for a lunch. I'd yell after them, Almost Always There Is TUES. YA KNOW. I am making chicken and pot roast every sunday now. I sneekly chose to make this recipe and set it within my guys' sandwiches for supper. WOWED THEM, they wanted it again for supper on Tues. Did not provide them with it, made em bologna :) Wish to bare this one, monthly special, so that they do not get bored. Thank you for discussing.
It was excellent! I made use of 1 pound each ground sirloin & ground pork but stored another ingredients as written. It was the very first time I'd used/sampled smoked cheddar & it truly added an excellent flavor! Defintely a repeat! Thank you for posting!
I have always loved a great meatloaf, but admit I'd lose interest w/it recently. Everybody appears to possess a favorite, but typically there isn't much diff between most versions - aside from that one. It's distinctive, scrumptious & really worth 5 stars & more. It holds together well & slices easily despite the lack of any connecting component & the combo of flavors is amazing. Great recipe! We are glad your aunt shared it w/you & you shared it w/us. Thx.
