Recipe to marinate meat for fajitas

I acquired this recipe from the friend from Texas two decades ago and contains become certainly one of my family's favorites. You should use the marinade to flavor peppers, onions and/or mushrooms and prepare these to go together with your fajitas. The leftover chicken fajitas are wonderful the following day included a eco-friendly salad. Extra marinade could be kept in the refrigerator or freezer for later.

I attempted this marinade for the Memorial Day cookout. I marinaded the beef skirt steak overnight. A possible problem I'd was using the meat. I didn't remember to tenderized it before marinading. Quite simply, don't believe this marinade will tenderize beef fajitas. However, the marinade did provide the fajitas an excellent flavor. I saved the recipe and can certainly utilize it again.

I have attempted a number of recipes for fajitas which is a champion. Used to do throw some Jalapeno peppers directly into "heat" up. Husband is fairly critical with regards to his fajitas and that he loved it. Explained it had been a keeper. As others noted, makes a lot marinade, just adjust the recipe to the total amount you want. Switched out great! Good recipe.

Was excellent however i think I had been expecting a little more citrus flavoring. I certainly uses it again but might attempt to tweek it's bit. Even without tweeking it everyone who'd the chicken think it is excellent. The recipe made enough marinade for those 13 boneless chicken breasts with still a good inch of liquid above them.
