Meat cheese and spinach lasagna recipe

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 4 cups tomato sauce, recipe follows, or perhaps your favorite jarred
