Old fashioned spaghetti meat sauce recipe

Old fashioned spaghetti meat sauce recipe

This Italian Spaghetti Recipe is made from ground chuck beef, a traditional pasta sauce and capped with sour cream.

I developed the recipe a long time ago, after i wanted a great old Italian Recipe with authentic flavor, usually only present in Italian restaurants.

About two decades ago my boy began topping this dish with Mozzarella Dairy Product and sour cream.

Us and buddies loved this mixture a lot that since that time, I have not managed to get or offered spaghetti in almost any alternative way. You'll agree, it's a special treat!

Italian Spaghetti

  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti noodles

Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin essential olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground chuck (or any other lean hamburger)
  • 1 large eco-friendly bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomato plants
  • 3 garlic clove cloves, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Mozzarella dairy product
  • 1 pint (2 cups) sour cream

Prepare noodles in boiling salted water 12-fifteen minutes until done. Drain.

While they're cooking, put essential olive oil in skillet and switch on medium heat. Add meat, bell pepper, and onion. Cover and prepare until meat is not pink, stirring from time to time. Takes 8 minutes.

Add tomato plants and spices. Cover skillet, departing lid ajar to permit some steam escape. Turn heat lower to low and simmer until sauce is thickened for your preference. Takes about ten minutes.

Remove from heat and serve hot on the top of noodles. Top with cheese along with a dollop of sour cream.

Create a thrown salad and employ this creamy Italian Salad Dressing Recipe. Makes an easy and quick dinner.
