Food/Restaurant Review. Signature - Kempinski Hotel
A few several weeks ago, me and my buddies were built with a lil bit 'celebrations' mode, therefore we made the decision to complete Buffet dinner. Yes it's All You Are Able Eat time! haha. Many people thought it was Paradise ( much like me), many people ( whose on the tight diet ) think it is a Hell. However. YOLO. p ( read: You Simply Live Once #LatelyFaveWords ) Much like Jamie Oliver's say. 'Life is simply too short to consume craps'. So why wouldn't you doing AYCE every now and then right. )
Food :
For that appetizer I select Mushroom Cream Soup. It's really quite fine and creamy, although the texture less than thick.
Still around the appetizer menu, I required a number of Foie Gras Mousse, Baby Octopus, Shiitake Mushroom, Beef and Asparagus and Salmon Ikura. Everything sampled great, except the beef and asparagus, it is a bit too dry.
In the Salad station, I required a number of lettuce, corn and anchovies. They are really serve quite extensive selections here.
In the Japanese station, I required only Sashimi. Salmon, Tuna, Tuna blackpepper tataki, Snapper and. Scallop. To tell the truth, it's my very first time for getting scallop sashimi, and it is quite nice that Signature's serves this! Yes I fall madly in love at the very first time. Fresh, fluffy, sweet. Yummy!
In the sea food station, I required some mussels, shrimp, prawn and smoked salmon. Sampled fresh, despite the fact that I would like some oystersssss. haha. bad they merely serves oysters at brunch time.
Then in the pasta station, Penne with Pesto sauce. I alwayssss love pestooo, and they are serves good pesto here. Sampled fresh!
In the carving station, I required a few of the Roast Beef and Chicken with a few vegetables. They are really had the gravy, however it does not sampled good and so i did not utilize it, it's bland and insufficient seasoning. The beef and chicken sampled fine, despite the fact that take some more smokey style of it. The veggies jut were built with a strong spiced style of it.
Next is Lamb Chop with Mashed Taters. The lamb chop sampled just ok. A lil bit soft though.
They are really still had a number of other type of dishes, similar to their famous Sop Buntut, but bad I am too full to taste it, and so i think the next time maybe I'll )
Just focus and shoot ready for dessert. Among the champion from the night is Sticky Toffee Date Pudding. The signature sweetness from date fruits required me away, the toffee sauce. OMG. It's warm and moist, heavenly!
Another desserts like sorbets ice creams or any other number of cakes also yummy. I believe they serves among the best variety desserts around.
