I have used this recipe two times with inadequate results. I stick to the recipe exactly and obtain really small, very difficult balls of bread because the finish result. I have to do something incorrect because almost every other KAF recipe I have ever attempted works fabulous. Really wish i could have figured this out. The bread does smell terrific and also the whole home smells great after i bake this recipe.
