We re-visited and updated the Peach apricot crumble recipe. you most likely saw the lattice peach cake. and today this. However, there weren’t a lot of them, the peaches appeared extra big and super juicy this season. These were scrumptious within this salsa. I love that peach salsa is a touch less acidic than the usual regular tomato salsa. It's not only scrumptious being an appetizer with tortilla chips, it’s also great like a topping for fish or pork who'd have thought?
Ingredients for Peach Salsa
1 lb tomato plants, diced
1 bell pepper (4 oz), seeded and finely diced
2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 1/2 lbs peaches, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 Tablespoons of lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, in order to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper in order to taste

Ingredients
- 1 lb tomato plants, diced

Instructions
- Chop tomato plants and transfer these to a sizable bowl.
- Finely chop seeded bell pepper and jalapeos. Finely chop onion and transfer all of your veggies towards the bowl.
- Dice the peaches. I loved the marginally bigger dice for peaches to provide them a lot of center stage within this salsa. You don't need to peel them. You will not spot the peels and also the color is more attractive using the peel on. Transfer peaches for your bowl.
- Add ½ bunch chopped cilantro, 2 Tablespoons of lime juice, 1½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Increase the pepper and salt to taste if preferred. Fold everything together until well mixed and revel in!
Mmmmm wow yo did another spin about this salsa recipe on Friday didn’t have jalapeno or cilantro also used red onion added just a little vinegar salt pepper just a little ginger root cumin onion and garlic clove powder along with a little cayenne for any little heat was much more of a Russian eastern European salsa the next time gotta make certain I've all individuals other ingredients on hands I'll say this hin it’s a gr8 way to utilise produce gr8 job Natasha and delightful photo presentation cheers Reply

Quite simple recipe! Very flavorful refreshing salsa having a kick. I added orange peppers, dab of vinegar and sprinkle of sugar for a little more tanginess. Thanks again for that recipe. Reply
