2 lbs. coarsely-ground lean beef or venison
2 large eco-friendly peppers, chopped
2 fresh jalape°o chiles, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
6 cloves garlic clove, minced or pressed
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tablespoons of. salt
1 teaspoon. cumin
1 (14-1/2 oz.) can diced tomato plants
1/4 teaspoon. dried ground hot peppers of your liking: (cayenne, jalape°o, habanero, etc.)
2 bay leaves
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 cups water or beef broth
2 (15-1/2 oz.) cans kidney or pinto beans
Saut° meat, peppers, fresh Jalape°os, onions, celery, and garlic clove inside a Nederlander oven with a tiny bit of oil. Drain. Stir in most other ingredients except beans. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring from time to time. Add beans and simmer another fifteen minutes. Makes in regards to a gallon from the tastiest, most satisfying chili you ate.
