Mexican chicken lasagna recipe easy

I've been creating a form of this for a long time (not giving star since i haven't attempted this unique variation) and also have a handful of suggestions:br/br/- Use corn tortillas, not flour. Flour tortillas have a tendency to become gummy, whereas corn remain relatively intact. br/br/- Rather of salsa, there are many excellent canned enchilada sauces. I personally use the Hatch mild variety.br/br/- I shred the chicken (with two forks) instead of slice it. It requires the taste the sauce much simpler when shredded.

Super easy and quite tasty! I chose to make this with hamburger and pinto beans rather of chicken, but adopted the recipe otherwise. It labored out quite nicely and it was super simple to construct. I am sure I'd like it with chicken too. Thank you for posting!

Exactly what a scrumptious dish, Marz. We'd it for diner tonight and everyone LOVED it ( specifically my hubby ). It's very simple to prepare, I only altered it for just one factor: I added 1 cup salsa towards the recipe rather of just oneOr2. We added additional salsa on the top from the portions on the plates. Many thanks for that recipe, Marz. I'll be baking it can :o).
