Chili sauce chowking recipe of braised

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound pork chop suey meat
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove clove, minced
  • 1-1/2 to two teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Inside a large skillet, brown pork in oil. Remove and warm. Within the same skillet, saute the onion, garlic clove, chili powder, oregano and cumin for just two-3 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Stir within the pork, water, tomato paste, salt and sugar. Provide a boil cover and simmer for 18-twenty minutes or until pork is tender. Stir within the cream provide a boil, stirring constantly. Yield: 2 servings.
