Recipe for hot dog chili
Ingredients
  • Extra-virgin essential olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 pound lean hamburger
  • 1 medium jar ketchup, a couple of 1/2 cups
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • two tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 all-beef hotdogs (suggested: Ball Game)
  • 4 waitress or rolls
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
Directions

Place a skillet over medium heat and drizzle inside a 2-count of essential olive oil.
