Venison Fillet Recipe

    • 300 g butter
    • 45 ml (3 T) dried garlic clove flakes
    • 45 ml (3 T) dried parsley
    • 1,5 kg springbok fillet
    • salt and freshly ground pepper
    1. MARINADE Melt the butter, add some garlic clove flakes and parsley and stir well.
    2. MEAT Place the meat inside a glass bowl and pour the marinade over. Rub the marinade In to the meat together with your hands and marinate for one hour.
    3. Braai the meat for any couple of minutes over hot coals, brushing using the marinade although it cooks. Season with pepper and salt.
    4. Put aside the meat to relax for any couple of minutes, decline in 3 cm slices and serve immediately.
