  • 2 (1/2-inch) slices sourdough or French bread
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard
Directions
