Chef's Note

This is supposed to be considered a great healthy snack for the dog*, but to nibble on Scooby Snacks too (at the own risk)! They are a little dry, if you do actually eat them, treat them like regular biscuits dunked in coffee or tea, or spread with butter or jam. Many people enjoy shaping the dough into balls and flattening like (people) cookies. Then, they will use two cookies to create a "sandwich" with sweet jelly inside!

* Much like most dog foods, you will need to be cautious if feeding a puppy. Engage with your local vet before feeding anything a new comer to your dog.

Recipe

Making the Scooby Snacks

• 1 egg + 1 (optional) egg white-colored for brushing
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 bananas
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 1/2 cup wheat grains flour
• 1/2 cup oatmeal

1. Preheat the oven to 300 levels F (150 levels C).
2. Inside a medium bowl, mash the peeled bananas.
3. Add egg, peanut butter, water, and honey and blend well.
4. Progressively, stir within the oatmeal and flour. (If dough is simply too sticky, increase the flour.)
5. On the floured surface, knead dough right into a ball and flatten to become 1/fourth inch thick.
6. Eliminate dog biscuit shapes utilizing a knife or perhaps a standard.
7. Place biscuits on the greased cookie sheet.
8. Brush the top of the each biscuit with egg white-colored (optional).
9. Bake until golden (about 30-40 minutes) and permit to awesome on wire rack.
