- 25 pieces (5.5 oz.) Werther’s Original Soft Caramels. unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 1 cup (4 oz.) finely chopped macadamia nuts, divided in two
- cup (1.5 oz.) white-colored choc chips
- cup shredded coconut (optional)
Place caramels and milk in 1-qt. microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring frequently until smooth, a couple of minutes. Stir in cup from the nuts, chocolate, and coconut. When awesome enough to deal with, form into walnut-size balls. Roll in remaining nuts. Put on waxedpaper- lined baking sheet. Store at 70 degrees in tightly covered container.
