4 egg-whites
2 glasses of fine sugar
3 teaspoon gelatin
¼ cup water
3 kinds of flavoring (almond, vanilla, butterscotch)
3 different colouring
Dissolve gelatin in water and aside.
Whisk egg-whites till stiff with pinch of salt.
Double boil the gelatin.
Add sugar and gelatin towards the egg white-colored mixture progressively and whisk till its stiff.
Grease a mould when the pudding will be switched out.
Place the lower layer and permit to create for ten minutes.
Place the second layer on the top from the lower layer and permit to create for 10 more minutes.
Place the third layer on the top from the second layer and permit to create for 10 more minutes.
Decorate with glazed cherries and nuts or any adornments.
You are able to reduce pieces and serve.
Note: If you want a wealthy pudding you can include 2 tablespoons of golden syrup and a pair of tablespoons of cadjunuts for that pudding mixture before you decide to divide the mix.
