Resep ayam teriyaki paprika recipe

1. 450 gram daging ayam, potong dadu
2. 18 buah kentang kecil (kentang rending/padang), goreng sebentar
3. 250 ml air

1. 1 sdm saus teriyaki, siap pakai
2. 1 sdt soda kue
3. 1 sdm tepung kanji
4. ½ sdt minyak wijen
5. 1 sdt garam
6. ½ sdt merica halus

1. 4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
2. ½ butir bawang bombay, cincang kasar
3. 75 gram paprika hijau, potomng dadu

4. 75 gram paprika merah, potong dadu
5. 1 sdm saus teriyaki
6. Air secukupnya

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Ayam Saus Teriyaki .

* Campur saus perendam jadi satu. Rendam daging ayam di dalamnyaselama 1 jam. Goreng daging ayam berbumbu sampai kecokelatan. Angkat, dan sisihkan.
* Saus Teriyaki: panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Tambahkan paprika hijau dan paprika merah, lalu masukkan daging beserta bumbu perendamnya. Tambahkan saus teriyaki, aduk rata.
* Tuang air, lalu beri garam dan merica. Aduk sampai daging ayam matang. Angkat, sajikan segera bersama kentang goreng atau nasi panas.
