Sotong Masak Lemak Cili Api

Baru2 ni g pasar tani, nampak org jual bunga kunyit. Teringat kat rumah CMG ada aritu dia masak menggunakan bunga kunyit ni. So belilah satu, nak try masak camna rasa dia. Bila selongkar rumah CMG tak jumpa2, dua tiga hari duk selongkar dapur owang. Ampun yaaa che pad hehe. Pastu cari lak kat Myr, tak jumpa gak resipi yg menggunakan bunga kunyit. Bimbang bunga tu rosak, so arini kena masak jugak. So ku godek sendiri resipi menggunakan sotong dan bunga kunyit tu. menjadi lah sotong masak lemak cili api.

1/2kg sotong
1 cawan santan pekat

1 cawan air
7 biji cili api

nak lebih pedas, tambah aje la ya
1in kunyit hidup
1 keping asam gelugur
1 kuntum bunga kunyit

boleh diganti dgn daun kunyit
garam
sedikit gula

Cara:
  1. Tumbuk cili api dan kunyit hidup hingga lumat
  2. Masukkan kedalam periuk bersama kesemua bahan2 lain kecuali bunga kunyit
  3. Masaklah dgn api sederhana perlahan dan jgn lupa kacau ya
  4. Bila mendidih masukkan bunga kunyit dan masaklah seketika lagi dan tutup api
  5. Boleh la dihidangkan panas2.
