Tamarind Juice 1 cup
Water 1 cup

To Make Chaat Masala:
Round Chilies 12
Carom 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds 1 teaspoon
Whole Coriander 1 tablespoons of
Black Salt teaspoon
Tartary teaspoon
Method:
For Yogurt Chatni:
• Inside a blender add 250 grams yogurt, 6 eco-friendly chilies, bunch eco-friendly coriander, 2 tablespoons of mint leaves, teaspoon salt together with 2 cups water. Blend well.
• Inside a saucepan add 1 cup tamarind juice, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoon red chili Powder, teaspoon salt, 1 cup water together with 1 tablespoons of tartary. Prepare for some time.
To make Masala on Chaat:
• Inside a fry pan add 12 round chilies, 1 teaspoon carom, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds and 1 tablespoons of whole Coriander. Prepare and saut.
• Following this add teaspoon black salt, teaspoon tartary. Mix well.
For Serving:
• Inside a plate spread kg steamed chickpeas, kg steamed chopped Potato. Now pour imli ki Chatni and yogurt chatni.
• Within the finish add 2 onions, bunch mint leaves. Sprinkle ready masala on the top.
