Pakistani curries are popular around the globe. Every region in Pakistan has there own version and taste of curry cooked with gravy. This balti chicken is ideal for lunch primary dish or dinner. - 1 kg chicken, reduce 16 pieces
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons of ginger root garlic clove paste
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 8 whole red chilies
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing

- Heat oil inside a deep pot.
- Add chopped onions inside it and fry for2-3 minutes or until transparent.
- Now add onion seeds, whole red chilies, ginger root garlic clove paste and prepare for one minute.
- Adding tomato, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
- Stir and prepare for just two minutes
- Put chicken pieces inside it.
- Prepare for five-8 minutes or its change colour.
- Adding cup water.
- Cover having a lid and simmer for ten minutes
- Adding yogurt.
- Cover again and prepare for ten minutes or until chicken is tender and oil comes on the top.
- Remove it inside a serving bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Balti Chicken is able to serve.
- ENJOY!!
- Serve hot with paratha or naan.
