Heat oil add whole spices, ginger root garlic clove paste, fry for one minute add mutton with korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover and prepare for fifteen minutes adding 1 cup water again cover and prepare till mutton done and water dries, add steamed daal, let it rest on dum, sprinkle with all of spice and coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori nan.
