- Whisky Toddy

Ingredients
Well Matured Scotch Whisky - 50 ml (2 fl oz)
Boiling water
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Cube sugar (four pieces)
Method:
Half-fill a tumbler with warm water. Once the glass has arrived at an appropriate temperature, pour it and set 3/4 bits of cube sugar within the glass. Pour inside a wineglass of boiling water and stir (silver spoons are suggested!). Once the sugar is dissolved, give a wineglass of whisky and stir.
