5. Flan de Coco. Coconut Flan is extremely popular around the Coast of Colombia.
6. Enyucado: This can be a traditional recipe in the Chesapeake bay of Colombia. It's a cake created using shredded yuca, cheese, coconut and star anis seeds and it is sweet having a wonderful texture.
7. Arroz disadvantage Leche: This Colombian-Style Grain Pudding version is nice, creamy and scrumptious. There are various variations of Arroz disadvantage Leche in South America which is my loved ones recipe, that is super easy to create.
8. Torta Negra: Becoming an adult in Colombia, it wasn’t mothering sunday party, wedding, anniversary or other function without Torta Negra (Black cake).
9. Natilla: This can be a sweet custard that's typically offered during Colombian Christmas gatherings. There are lots of variations of the dish through the country however this Natilla is my grandmother’s recipe and it is special in my experience.
10. Merengn de Fresas. Mtss is a traditional Colombian based meringue dessert. The classic Merengn is stuffed with whipped cream and guanabana, a well known Colombian fruit. There are more variations of the dessert too which are full of various fruits, for example bananas, peaches and Colombian blackberries (mora).
11. Dulce de Brevas: Also termed as “Brevas Caladas&", is just figs cooked inside a sugarcane (panela) syrup and offered with white-colored fresh cheese quietly which is absolutely scrumptious.
12. Postre de Natas: I don't know the proper way to translate Postre de Natas in British, but I will tell you steps to make it! Essentially, it's a dessert produced by boiling milk several occasions and removing the froth or cream that forms each time it’s steamed. The froth is positioned inside a different pot after which combined with a sugary syrup, eggs, raisins, although some include rum into it.
