Sotului meu ii plac aluaturile: galuste, paste, gnochi etc.

Asa ca am facut o tocanita de pui cu galuste de faina.

Ingrediente: united nations piept de pui taiat bucati, legume. usturoi, unt, ceapa, ulei, boia dulce, sare, piper, maghiran uscat.

Pentru galuste: united nations ou peut-rrtre un, 2 linguri apa, sare si faina.

Pentru inceput se prajeste carnea in unt cu ulei. Dupa ce se rumeneste putin, se sareaza, se condimenteaza cu usturoiul tocat marunt si maghiran. Se mai lasa vreo 2 minute si apoi se scoate.

In untul ramas se caleste ceapa pana se inmoaie putin, apoi se acopera cu apa si se lasa sa fiarba bine. Apoi se pun 4 linguri de legume si se mai lasa la fiert. Cand legumele sunt aproape fierte, se lasa sa scada zeama si se pune boia dulce+carnea prajita inainte. Se acopera cu apa calda si se mai lasa pe foc pana este fiarta si carnea de pui. Se adauga tot timpul apa calda.

Dintr-united nations ou peut-rrtre un batut cu apa, putina sare si 5 linguri de faina se fac galuste.

Dupa ce carnea este fiarta, se adauga in tocanita galustele. Atentie la zeama noise tocanita: daca adaugati prea multa apa mancarea veterans administration iesi ca o supa. Mai bine adaugati tot pe rand, in functie de cum doriti sa fie tocanita.

Se introduce o lingurita in tocanita apoi se face galusca. Se introduce lingurita pana pe fundul oalei, astfel se aluatul se desprinde mai usor de pe lingura. Si tot asa pana se termina aluatul.

Se mai lasa la fiert pana si galustele sunt fierte.

Nu am mai adaugat patrunjel la sfarsitul fierberii, pentru ca legumele aveau patrunjel.
