This can be a wonderful tanking armor, for paladins and players. Additionally, protection paladins can put this to great use when AoE Grinding (grind multiple mobs simultaneously). As the 3% isn't everything great, it's multiplied by the amount of mobs hitting you (not in past statistics correct, however, you understand), and that means you see procs quite regulary while tanking.

Really foxrings, a great pally (mine is protection spec) may take on the mob of three, 4 or a little more, of same level or perhaps a bit greater, and have little difficulty.

Let us evaluate the proc of the item a little.
Average heal from the proc = (60+100)/2 = 80
Opportunity to proc = 3%
Average healing received per hit taken = 80 * 3% = 2.4
Hence, the proc about this is equivalent to lowering the damage obtained from all melee hits by 2.4. Admittedly this could accumulate if you are a tankadin grinding, but when this is the situation, you are able to already heal yourself. Judgement of sunshine procs will heal you far more than this ever will.

It's available should you already been with them before 4. released. I am presently searching in internet marketing on my small Paladin and that i makes it and also the gauntlets since i have used your time in Wrath to obtain my armorsmithing and all sorts of patterns.
Ask the blacksmiths in your server should they have the pattern. If nobody does, then you're at a complete loss. If you're on Haomarush, you realize there's a minumum of one Paladin which has it. ^_^

The pattern is not trainable, but anybody using the pattern can continue to allow it to be.
