Paneer Tikka Wrap

Paneer Tikka Wrap

3/4 teaspoon chaat masala
salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon besan (bengal gram flour)

For That Paneer and Vegetable Filling
1 cup paneer (cottage type cheese) cubes
1/2 cup onion cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes

Other Ingredients
1 cup onion rings
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoons of oil

Method
For that roti

1. Combine all of the ingredients inside a bowl and knead right into a soft dough using enough water.
2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and unveil each portion into 200 mm. (8") diameter circle utilizing a little flour.
3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and gently prepare the rotis on the edges. Keep aside.
