Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cloves garlic clove, chopped
- 100g fish, sliced
- 9 tablespoons of cornflour
- 1000ml water
- 100g squid, sliced
- 10 large prawns, whole
- 10 stalks chye sim, sliced heavily
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 360g yee mee (fried egg noodles)
Directions

- Oil another large wok with 2 tablespoons of of oil and switch stove onto high temperature. Add garlic clove once the wok is hot.
- Add fish slices and fry until they turn white-colored.
- Add cornflour and water. Place lid over large wok and hold back until water boils.
- Next, add squid, prawns and chye sim. Prepare until prawns turn pink and squid turns white-colored. Add salt.
- Switch off heat and add beaten egg. Stir the mix well to ensure that egg splits up into slivers.
- Divide yee mee into 5 portions and coat using the sea food broth. Serve hot.
