Giallo zafferano finta carbonara recipe

Finta carbonara allo zafferano

Sembra la carbonara, invece c' il trucco! Niente pancetta, sostituita dal prosciutto cotto e dell'uovo si usa solo il bianco, scartando cos ancora united nations po' di colesterolo. E per il colore. zafferano! Una variante gustosissima! Per questo piatto ho usato la fiber pasta. Si trova nei supermercati, non costa tanto diversamente dalle altre, sazia di pi e fa risparmiare united nations bel po' di calorie: ne ha 285 ogni 100 grammi invece delle solite 365.

Per ogni commensale:

united nations pugno di cubetti di prosciutto cotto
united nations cucchiaio d'olio
una punta di cucchiaino di aglio secco
united nations cucchiaio raso di parmigiano
una bustina di zafferano
united nations uovo
100 grammi di fiber pasta
pepe nero


Preparazione
Rosolate i cubetti di prosciutto nell'olio finch non cambieranno colore.

Sbattete solo il bianco dell'uovo disadvantage il parmigiano, l'aglio, il pepe e lo zafferano.
Cuocete gli spaghetti al dente, scolateli e versateli nella pentola disadvantage i cubetti di prosciutto. Mescolate perch si condiscano bene, poi spegnete il gas e aggiungete l'uovo sbattuto, mescolando velocemente. E' pronta!


Il sapore distintamente diverso da quello della carbonara: lo zafferano molto forte se siete sensibili alle spezie, potete ridurlo alla met della quantit indicata.
