Steps to make Mixed Vegetable Fry
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Cut paneer i inch in dimensions.
Grind the tomato, eco-friendly chilli and ginger root inside a grinder finel
Place the oil inside a pan as well as heat the pan. Place the cumin seed and asafetida within the oil. Following the cumin seed is correctly fried then place the turmeric powder and coriander powder in it. Place the tomato paste within the pan and fry it until it turns granules.
Now invest cut vegetables, salt and red chilli powder within the pan and continue stirring. Fry the vegetables for two to three minutes. Pour one table spoon water within the pan and permit to fry for ten to twelve minutes.
