1 lb tripe (calf belly)
1 cup (sunflower) oil
2 cups fresh milk
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 garlic clove cloves, peeled and thinly diced
1/3 cup dark wine vinegar
dried hot chili pepper mix

Preparation

Boil the tripe for around half an hour, add oil, milk, pepper and paprika and boil for an additional half an hour from time to time topping in the water. The greater you prepare it, the greater it'll taste.
