Ingredientes
Porciones: 4

  • de kilo de jitomates, cocidos
  • de kilo de nopales, crime espinas y cortados en tiras
  • 2 chiles anchos, crime venas y crime semillas
  • 3 chiles de rbol secos
  • kilo de carne de res, en trozos chicos
  • Sal y pimienta, al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
  • 1 taza de agua caliente
  • 100 gramos de masa

Modo de preparación
Preparación: 20 min › Cocción: 15 min › Listo en: 35 min

  1. Coloca los nopales en una olla y cbrelos disadvantage agua. Deja que hiervan a fuego alto, baja la flama y cocina a fuego suave de 10 a 15 minutos.
  2. Mientras, coloca los jitomates otra olla disadvantage agua y deja que hiervan. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que los jitomates estn suaves, pero no deshacindose, entre 5 y 8 minutos.
  3. Pon los chiles a remojar dentro del agua caliente hasta que estn suaves. Mulelos en la licuadora junto disadvantage los jitomates y la masa hasta lograr una salsa homognea. Cuela.
  4. Sazona la carne disadvantage la pimienta y frela en 1 cucharada de aceite hasta que se dore bien.
  5. En una budinera amplia mezcla la carne disadvantage los nopales y balos disadvantage la salsa de jitomate licuada. Hierve a fuego suave, moviendo de vez en cuando, durante 5 minutos o hasta que la carne est suave.
  6. Rectifica la sazn y sirve caliente.
