This recipe is one thing I created to choose a box of Golden Curry Sauce mix I spontaneously purchased (exactly what a find!). I managed to get with only veggies however i think adding some protein (chicken, beef, tofu, etc) could be great too. The tastes are extremely savory having a hint of spice (cinnamon?). You'll find Golden Curry for the most part supermarkets within the Asian section - I discovered mine in an average Ralphs.
