Ingrdients

Prparation

  1. Prchauffer le four 190 C (375 F). Dans united nations bol, mlanger tous l'ensemble des ingrdients. Verser dans united nations moule cuisson d'une capacit de 1,25 litre (5 tasses), beurr.
  2. Couvrir d'un papier d'aluminium. Cuire au four environ 1 heure, jusqu' tendret plusieurs carottes. Retirer le papier d'aluminium mi-cuisson. Contrairement united nations gratin de pommes de terre, qui contient naturellement de l'amidon, ce gratin de carottes se tranche difficilement et se sert donc la cuillre.
