Gratin bifteck courgettes aubergines au fromage cremeux (comme united nations caprice plusieurs dieux)

1 aubergine
1 courgette
1 boite de concentr de tomates
4 bifteck
1 grosse cuillre soupe de mascarpone
1/2 fromage crmeux genre caprice plusieurs dieux
1 cuillre a soupe de moutarde
huile d'olive
sel poivre

Je vais revenir l'ensemble des 4 biftecks, quand ils commencent a tre united nations peu cuit je l'ensemble des coupes en morceaux..a cot je prpare ma sauce tomate..je mlange une boite de concentr de tomates avec le mascarpone l'huile d'olive et 1 cuillre de moutarde. je verse cette prparation sur l'ensemble des biftecks et je laisse mijoter.

pendant ce temps je coupe en rondelles l'aubergine et la courgette aprs l'ensemble des avoir plucher.
Je mets au fond du plat gratin l'ensemble des tranches d'aubergines et je pschitte d'huile d'olive et de sel.
Sur l'ensemble des aubergines je mets la prparation plusieurs biftecks.
Je recouvre de courgettes et je pschitte d'huile d'olive
Je finis componen le fromage crmeux a ressemble au fromage caprice plusieurs dieux.
et zouuu au four 180° pendant 20 min.
5 min avant la fin de cuisson j'ai mlang en chapelure avec en poudre de noisettes j'en ai parsem sur le gratin.
