1/4 cup white-colored chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup pecan halves, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup chocolate covered almonds, decline in half
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 pinch salt

Combine the coarsely chopped chocolate, pecans, walnuts and chocolate covered almonds inside a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Melt the unsweetened chocolate in the top of the a dual boiler over hot, not boiling water. Whisk within the milk, just a little at any given time, as well as heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove in the heat and let awesome. Whisk the eggs inside a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Whisk within the sugar, just a little at any given time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about one minute more. Add some cream, vanilla and salt and whisk to combine.
