- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Method
Preheat a stove to 170C. Line a 20cm x 30cm baking sheet with baking paper.
Put the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, coconut, sultanas, bicarbonate soda, nutmeg and cinnamon right into a large mixing bowl and stir plus a wooden spoon until completely combined.
