Healthy recipe for dog biscuits

Homemade Dog Treats

Yield: A Couple Of dozen small treats

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oatmeal (optional in case your dog is on the grain free diet, sub an additional 1/4 cup grain free flour)
• 3 cups wheat grains flour, brown grain flour, or gluten-free flour
• 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

For Yams Treats:

• 1 cup of canned yams (you are able to sub fresh if you would like)
• 1 3/4 cups wheat grains flour, brown grain flour, or gluten-free flour
• 1 egg (beaten)

For Apple Carrot Treats:

• 1 cup of wheat grains flour, brown grain flour, or gluten-free flour
• 1 cup of grated carrots
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Directions:

For Peanut Butter Pumpkin Treats:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In normal size bowl, stir together the flour, oatmeal, and cinnamon.
3. Inside a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin and peanut butter until combined. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
4. Pour onto a floured surface and roll dough to 1/2 thick. Eliminate using standard.
5. The dough is a little sticky, a dusting of flour for the hands and also the moving pin can help! Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
6. Put on cooling racks and let awesome completely. They'll harden because they awesome.

For Yams Treats:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
