After testing out Instant Oatmeal Idli . i needed to understand more about more Indian form of Oatmeal recipes. I attempted out this Oatmeal Upma for any weeknight dinner personally ,and that i loved it too. so after a couple of days i made the Oatmeal Upma again for me personally and my husband. Both of us loved it and yesterday after i made the Oatmeal Upma again i clicked the images too. This Upma is created quickly and also to become more honest. it sampled very good. So to the recipe of Oatmeal Upma:

INGREDIENTS:

Oatmeal(QUICK COOKING Oatmeal)


METHOD:
  • Dry roast the oatmeal for couple of minutes without setting it up burnt.

  • Chop the onions finely and slit the eco-friendly chilli.
  • Inside a pan, add oil and add some mustard seeds, urad dal, eco-friendly chilli, ginger root so when the mustard splutters and also the urad dal changes color add some onions, adopted with that add carrots, and curry leaves and asafoetida. Saute well and add salt.
  • When the onions becomes translucent add some roasted Oatmeal and sprinkle with 1/4 cup water.
  • Close the lid and prepare for 1- 2 minutes inside a low flame. Remove the lid and blend it again, if you think it's dry just sprinkle 2-3 tblsp water and blend well. Retain in the flame for couple of minutes and turn off the flame.
