Senarai bahan membuat kek batik recipe

Bahan-bahan (1 dulang)

250 g biskut marie patah 2
150 g butter
1 cawan milo
5 sudu besar serbuk koko
1 sudu besar esen vanilla
1/2 tin susu pekat manis
1/2 cawan air
4 biji telur

  1. Campurkan milo, serbuk koko, esen vanilla, susu pekat, air dan telur di dalam periuk. Kacau sehingga sekata dan panaskan dengan api yang perlahan.
  2. Masukkan butter ke dalam periuk dan kacau sehingga adunan menjadi pekat. Kemudian tutup api.
  3. Masukkan biskut marie dan gaul sehingga sekata.
  4. Masukkan adunan ke dalam bekas dan mampatkan.
  5. Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk selama 1 jam sebelum dihidangkan.

Patahkan biskut marie menjadi dua kepingan.

Campurkan semua bahan kecuali butter.

Kacau sehingga sekata.

Panaskan campuran milo dengan api yang perlahan. Kemudian masukkan butter.

Setelah campuran milo menjadi pekat, masukkan biskut dan gaul sehingga sekata.

Mampatkan dalam bekas, biarkan seketika sebelum ditutup (untuk elakkan wap).
Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk.

Siap untuk dihidangkan
