Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • For that topping:
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
For that cake:
