Yuck, if the would be a real fish, I sure wouldnt wish to catch it.
Comment by Tolki
You may have to contend with a deranged, ring-seeking Gnome to fish these up. If he can make you answer a riddle, the reply is time.
Comment by Enokaz
Time will be a quite appropriate answer, thinking about these are necessary to make Deepstone Oil, which eight are essential for that Sandstone Drake.
That stated, from what this map shows, the fishing area is extremely small. I suppose Deepholm is a PVP area, and eight of those are needed for your Epic Alchemy drake. Well, I would say, fishing for this pond might be a legendary fight of their own every so often. These fish will most likely sell pretty much too.

OH crap. they're real (Atleast what Tolki stated). My horrors came true.
Downrated why? I understand this is not helpful info, i am just kidding around :(
Comment by tilgare
I don't think they're anything special - Deepholm isn't a PvP zone (for example Tol Borad or Wintergrasp), it is simply a leveling zone like the rest. I understand I have seen a couple of spots in Deepholm with water, so it's probable that we simply don't have a lot of data.

East from the Crimson Expanse in Deepholm is really a lengthy ribbon water with pools of the fish. For the majority of the pools, you are able to find the eastern wall and fish with no worry of the mob interrupting you. You will find pools that spawn across the mushroom-side from the bank where clouds of red mist path, which red clouds place a Us dot for you which will not allow you to catch
Comment by Neuber
cave entrance is about 70, 70 in Deepholm.
you are able to catch these from Albino Cavefish Schools, they also drop in a low % from casting anywhere within that cave
Edit: Schools tend to be more common at Needlerock Chasm west Deepholm
Comment by Neuber
Schools of those spawn throughout Deepholm.
You might also need to opportunity to catch them from casting any place in Deepholm
Needlerock Chasm or Crimson Expanse could be my suggestion

These may be fished up in the lava pools in Deepholm, in a drop rate like the Lavascale Catfish.
The way the Albino Cavefish found survive within the lava pools and never become Charred Cavefish is anyone's guess.

For individuals individuals who, much like me, prefer pools to random fishing, there's a lot of Albino Cavefish pools throughout Needlerock Chasm, northwest of Temple of Earth. Mobs move gradually and appear to prevent the majority of the bigger pools, so it's not hard to fish undisturbed.
Comment by zukeithat
Not came by Yeast Monstrosity, because they permit you to gather, but don't really drop anything.
Comment by Lathdari
These fish are highly lucrative, in my opinion. The red mist is really a discomfort within the Crimson Expanse - water walking helps a great deal here, to prevent both mist and also the mobs. An excursion of Deepholm (i.e. the Crimson Expanse, Silvermarsh, the Yeast Deep and Needlerock Chasm) required me an hour or so and 10 mins, and that i caught 116 albino cavefish and 14 volatile water, which on my small server may be worth roughly 1300g. I additionally completed the search Glop, Boy of Glop and did a place of mining in that time, and that i drank 5 elixirs water walking, which results in a complete profit close to 1.5k.

Me being somebody that prefers idle fishing (as you're watching something) Used to do an evaluation in random open water in Deepholm within the Needlerock Chasm.
I fished one hour, had maxed fishing, the Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole. the elements-Beaten Fishing Hat and it is lure.
Listed here are the outcomes:
131 Sharptooth
80 Lavascale Catfish
20 Volatile Water
27 Albino Cavefish
No junk, surprisingly.
Edit: Total casts number 249.
As you can tell, it's kind of a waste. Try the technique of flying from pool to pool, a lot more efficient.

hehe, fun. I clicked the factors of tab in this article, and hovering within the achievement shows the facts in spanish :D

Found a nod at 29, 35 at Needlerock Chasm(Deepholm).
Just needed to kill a little mob of three to achieve the nod itself. Excellent place, discover frightened of killing a couple of mobs occasionally, saw several more nods around if you're farming.
(Why did my publish get downrated?)

Edit: Not really destined to be bothered answering you, after i saw what sort of poster you're.

I'm not sure the reason why you had trouble catching that one. Third cast and that i ended!

I acquired mine twelfth cast. Co-ords 59.3, 58.6 :)

Undoubtedly a good option is Needlerock Chasm in Deepholm, the colleges abound. I acquired 2 stacks in half an hour!
Comment by joebowen
Needlerock Chasm is a superb place. AS Lengthy While You FISH THE POOLS you ought to have an excellent drop rate. I am not speaking about just casting into any water. My experience was as a result:
-18 Albino Cavefish
-2 Volatile Water
Essentially 100% drop rate except rare Volatile Water, that is valuable drop anyway. I've got a 525 fishing skill along with a Bone Fishing Pole.
Comment by shadzari
As the fishing was efficient at Needlerock, I wasn't too pleased with the swimming pool respawn rate. After 26 fish/28 casts, I needed to go elsewhere. The upside is it was simple to find mob-free spots within achieve from the pools. It seemed like Needlerock and Silvermarsh (such as the cave) were comparable.

Locate 23, 35 - east of Temple of Earth in Needlerock chasm
Time 4 mins 31 seconds
Listed here are my findings

Needlerock Chasm in Deepholm (North West from the Temple of Earth) is where to fish these. Pools are all around, mobs make you alone at level 90 and there's no annoying red mist Us dot as with the Crimson Expanse.
Comment by mahynenda
Today fished in Deepholm. My map with Gathermate 2 data only demonstrated cavefish around the east side. Crimson Expanse, at first glance along with a cave known as Yeast Deep entrance at 69/28. First lap 36 fish, then bio, then second lap 25 fish. @ 90, no mobs. red mist debuff for thirty seconds, no mobs in cave. Herbing around the west side, some croc mobs.

All the pools appears to become gone from Needlerock Chasm. It is possible to pools at Crimson Expanse.
Comment by SFFCorgi
I began fishing all of them intent tonight, and that i should explain that pools may also come in Silverlight Cave, utilized in the Lower Silvermarsh - the swimming pool icons can have through if you are fishing Upper Silvermarsh and Avalanchion's Vault, underneath the Quaking Fields within the south. Have hostile NPCs, even though the ones within the Vault are usually worried about fighting one another.
Running interior and exterior caverns is not very fast, however the pools exist for that fishing.
Comment by Joime
Needed those to make Deepstone Oil in my Vial from the Sands mount. Attempted to farm them within the waters by Needlerock Chasm as some comments recommended going there.
There have been a few pools there but almost no, as well as with mix realm assist add-on it had been a sluggish slow process.
Made the decision to test the waters by Crimson Expanse rather also it was unbelievably much better than Needlerock Chasm, my route began towards the top of the river and that i just headed right lower towards the bottom after which went across towards the smaller sized pools left into the spotlight.
With crossrealm assist I got around 50 fish within 15 approximately minutes and so i would certainly recommend fishing there rather of Needlerock Chasm!
