It was great. I made use of hot Italian sausage but did anything else as directed. I really like orzo and risotto (apart from the interest it demands). I especially enjoyed the artichokes within this. Thanks a lot IngridH for any nice keeper. Grand son stored 'sampling' if this ended and required the majority of it home with him, lol. Super easy and filling. I halved the recipe and overlooked the peas (not really a fan) and also the chives (did not have). I additionally put in certain mushrooms, that we cooked using the onion, and a few diced tomato, that we added using the artichokes. Thank you for posting.
