1 tablespoons of. Sugar (optional)

Steps to make Tamatar Ka Shorba/Tomato Shorba:
- Wash and cut tomato plants into quarters
- Prepare tomato plants with chopped ginger root, garlic clove, eco-friendly chilies reduce two and Whole Garam Masala. Add 5 glasses of water and bay leaf. Provide a boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on the slow flame until tomato plants are mashed completely.
- Strain the mix having a soup strainer.
- Heat oil inside a pan. Add cumin seeds, allow them to crackle. Add strained tomato liquid and season with salt.
- Take it to some boil, add sugar if it's very sour.
- Serve tamatar ka shorba hot, garnished with chopped eco-friendly coriander leaves.
