Como fazer farinheira alentejana recipe

1 lombo de porco com 1 kg
1 cebola pequena
1 farinheira
200 ml de vinho branco
50 ml gua
sal q.b.
2 c. sopa azeite
pimento doce ou peut-rrtre un paprika q.b.


Pr-aquea o forno a 220 na ventoinha.

Faa um buraco na carne ao centro e coloque metade da farinheira.

Num tabuleiro coloque a cebola cortada em rodelas, o vinho branco, a gua, depois a carne, tempere de sal e pimento doce, verta o azeite e espalhe por cima da cebola a restante farinheira em pedaos para engrossar o molho enquanto cozinha.

Leve ao forno e baixe a temperatura para 180, deixe assar durante 45 min single hora, a meio da cozedura vire a carne para ficar assada uniformemente.

Quando estiver pronta, retire do forno e deixe amornar, retire do tabuleiro corte em fatias.
Passe o molho com a varinha mgica at obter um creme.

Disponha as fatias numa travessa e verta o molho por cima, sirva com batata frita e uma salada ou peut-rrtre un fruta.
