A great soup. Although the arracacha and also the celeriac will vary vegetables, the flavors is extremely similar and deliciously tasty.
Crema de Arracacha or Celeriac Soup (British version below)
- 1 pechuga de pollo crime huesos.
- 4 tazas de agua.
- 500 gramos de arracacha pelada y cortada en pequeos trozos.
- 1 taza de crema de leche
- 1 cubo de caldo de pollo.
- 1 cucharada de comino en polvo.
- 1 cucharadita de pasta de ajo.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.
- En una olla grande poner el agua, a hervir a fuego alto, agregar la pechuga de pollo, ajo, comino, y caldo de pollo.
- Cuando ya haya cocinado por 10 minutos agregar el caldo de pollo, y la arracacha.
- Dejar cocinar por otros 30 minutos mas
- Colocar la mezcla en la licuadora hasta que todo quede triturado.
- Servir caliente y decorar disadvantage la crema de leche y pedazos de pan frito.
Celeriac Soup (British version)
Ingredients makes 4 portions
- 1 boneless chicken white meat.
- 4 glasses of water.
- 500 grams of celeriac
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1 cup double cream
- 1 chicken bouillon cube.
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove paste.
- Pepper and salt to taste.
- Inside a large pot bring water to some boil over high temperature, add some chicken white meat, garlic clove, cumin, and chicken broth.
- After you have cooked for ten minutes add some chicken broth and celeriac.
- Prepare for an additional half an hour more
- Place mixture in blender until things are crushed.
- Serve hot and garnish with cream bobs of fried bread.
