Ayam kung pao hanieliza recipe

Resepi Ayam Kung Pao, masakan ala Cina yang sedap.

Ditulis oleh. Che' Nom Masa: Penyediaan: 40 minit Memasak: 10 minit Keseluruhan: 50 minit Jumlah Hidangan : 2 orang

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 300g atau 2 ketul dada ayam, potong kiub
  • 5 biji cili kering, dipotong dua
  • 2 inci halia muda, hiris nipis
  • 3 ulas bawang putih, hiris nipis
  • 1/2 biji capsicum hijau, dipotong sederhana kecil
  • 1/3 biji karot, hiris nipis
  • 1/2 biji bawang besar holand, potong dadu
  • 2 sudu besar kacang tanah, yang dipangang atau goreng tanpa minyak
  • sedikit daun bawang
  • 2 sudu minyak masak
Bahan untuk perapan:
  • 1 sudu besar minyak bijan
  • 2 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 2 sudu besar kicap cair
Bahan untuk sos:
  • 1 sudu besar kicap pekat berkaramel
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 sudu besar kicap cair
  • 1 sudu teh gula
  • 3 sudu besar air

Cara Penyediaan:

  1. Perap ayam dengan bahan perapan selama 30 minit
  2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas (fried) dan kacau sehingga ayam hampir masak. Angkat dan asingkan.
  3. Keluarkan lebihan minyak, biarkan anggaran 2 sudu minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang putih, halia dan cili kering sehingga naik bau.
  4. Masukkan ayam, capsicum hijau, karot, dan kacang tanah. Kacau selama 1 minit dan masukkan bancuhan sos. Kacau sebati dan masukkan bawang holland beserta sedikit air supaya sedikit berkuah. Kacau lagi selama 1-2 minit di atas api yang besar. Angkat dan hiaskan dengan daun bawang.

Jangan goreng ayam terlalu lama kerana ayam akan menjadi keras.
