Ingredients
- 30 cubes of paneer (cottage type cheese )
- 18 cherry tomato plants

- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
- 2 tsps coriander powder

Preparation
- Mix the yogurt using the coriander, cumin, chilli and tumeric powders and garlic clove paste. Add salt to taste. Whisk to obtain a smooth paste.
- Add some cubes of paneer for this paste and coat well. Let it marinate for many hrs.
- On wooden barbecue skewers, alternate cubes of paneer using the cherry tomato plants and eco-friendly peppers squares.
- Grill on the barbecue or perhaps in the oven before the vegetables are soft according to your liking.
