  • Mix the yogurt using the coriander, cumin, chilli and tumeric powders and garlic clove paste. Add salt to taste. Whisk to obtain a smooth paste.
  • Add some cubes of paneer for this paste and coat well. Let it marinate for many hrs.
  • On wooden barbecue skewers, alternate cubes of paneer using the cherry tomato plants and eco-friendly peppers squares.
  • Grill on the barbecue or perhaps in the oven before the vegetables are soft according to your liking.
